This stuff works great except for it is so hard for me to swallow.

I figured since it's still early you might need it to get started. I always do, but I need to cut down on caffeine.

I rarely drink coffee. Going to Starbucks once and a while to get a flavored drink like Dark Cherry Mocha ... does that count? I love the smell of coffee, just never got hooked on it. Have tried cutting out sodas lately too. Just have one on certain occasions. No special reason for that, just trying to cut back.
