Well, that is just such a huge move for New York. Congrats, headache.

Now the old Bulls/Knicks rivalry can really get heated up again.

Shawne williams will play over balkman... add in earl barron who played very well for the Knicks at the end of last year and who knows the system.

Also very likely that the Knicks add a veteran who gets bought out after the deadline. Kapono has been brought up... he'd fit the style well.

Look for eddy curry to sign with the heat after Minnesota cuts him.


The X factor on this trade is two fold... first, corey brewer. I'm very intrigued by how he'll do in NY.

Secondly... billups. I think he's going to do very well. And more importantly he's got 15 million coming off the books in 2012.

The timberwolves got hosed in this deal. I really don't understand what their thought process was. Perhaps they're the lone sucker left who still thinks Anthony Randolph is good.
