But it's Donald and the players who pulled the plug and went on strike on August 12 1994.

As much as Rick Monday's homerun in '81 broke our heart here,that strike killed any chances of turning the franchise around.74-40,first place,6 games lead on the Braves......ahhhhhhh!!!....damn you Donald Fehr!!!!!

Yay! The Seattle curse hits again! Any lefty ace (or at least semi-ace) we trade for recently gets injured.
 
I thought Tiger was only on acid after he won a major so he could enjoy the experience of banging 3 porn stars, 2 ball boys and John Daly that much more.
 
Brandon Wood, who was expected to replace the departed Chone Figgins at third, has struggled some this spring and probably will share time with Maicer Izturis. Wood struck out twice Wednesday, dropping his average to .255, with more strikeouts (10) than extra-base hits (three).
