Patrick Page and members of the cast of Broadway's Spider-Man: Turn Off The Dark will perform "A Freak Like Me" on CBS's The Late Show With David Letterman on Monday, July 18.

The show composers, Bono and The Edge, will also be guests on the show.

Spider-Man: Turn Off The Dark features creative consultation by Philip William McKinley, original direction by Tony® Award-winner Julie Taymor , and book co-written by Taymor, Glen Berger and Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa.

The show also stars Reeve Carney, Jennifer Damiano, Michael Mulheren, Isabel Keating, and T.V. Carpio.

So I'm seeing that The Fly was not performed. :sad: But Magnificent returned? Dear God, I hope it was the album version.

Typical of us fans really, seeing a different guitar on stage (doesn't Edge take like 30 on tour?) and immediately jumping to a special performance with Bruce :lol:

It really sucks that they dropped The Fly tonight. I'm glad I had the chance to see it already!

Shame about The Fly getting dropped, though.
 
I hope someone/anyone from the U2 camp monitors interference and gets The Fly back ASAP...it has to return for NJ show.:pray:
