It's just processed to all hell. Much of the texture and color is the result of chemicals foreign to the cheese-making process.
I don't really like real cheese all that much...
What gave it away - the fact that it's in powder form?

I went there once, last year. I...don't remember the meal very distinctly but I always kept the vague sensation I wanted to go back, so I might as well try and hit it up again for a better impression.

I think it's the texture. I hate stringy, goopy, thick cheese. It's probably the only food item that makes me gag.I am clutching my pearls at you right now, young man. CLUTCHING.
oh, Red Mill. Gotta try RoRos sometime. also....did it snow today for you? In under an hour this afternoon I went from seeing fatty snowflakes falling to clear blue sunny skies.

Oooh. I think my annual Taco Bell visit may be in my near future.
No, I like pizza, as on most pizza there's only a thin layer of cheese.
I absolutely despise mozzarella sticks, though.
YES. It was snowing/hailing really hard for about 10 minutes here in Ballard about an hour ago. Now it's sunny.
I know a lot of areas had some snow this morning. Snow in Seattle in mid-March? That's messed up.
