That's just gonna make me even more angry at work tomorrow :lol: Honestly, I can't think of anyone who could go on such short notice...all my friends are anal about having the whole 'time to prepare thing'. :eyebrow: If I wasn't working I would *totally* take them from you. :sad:

If you happen to talk to any of your friends, mention it. Brantford's kinda on the way, they could stop and get them...

I'm really happy you get to wind down and relax soon, you sound like you're so busy all the time and could definitely use some rest :yes: :hug:
 
Tonight after dinner my dad and I got into this discussion about adoption and single-parenthood. As of right now, the whole concept and idea of marriage is not appealing to me whatsoever. I know I know, ideas might change :lol: but I've never really had a desire to get married. I do though want a child or children, specifically I want to adopt one for a variety of reasons. So we're just throwing around ideas and my dad, being the devil's advocate that he is, throws out the "Why do you seriously want a kid if you're going to be single?" and "Why would you want to adopt one if you can have one of your own?"

Those questions I know the answer to personally, but it got me thinking down the road for shits and giggles.

I hope you don't think this is rude of me asking you this VP, but it's purely out of curiosity and the desire to hear from someone in this situation. How did you find/are you finding single parenting? Along with all the wonderful positives that children bring, there are clearly some negatives as with a husband/wife/whoever raising a child. Just curious about your experiences :)
 
Sorry guys I got off for a minute to call Mr. Cat to have him bring me home some dinner, cuz my bitch arse is tired from cleaning his bloody house all day. The pain in the arse had me on hold for 20 minutes!!! I'm ready to beat his arse.

And now he wants me to bring the girls to town so we can go out to eat. <banging head on desk> But sadly I will go, cuz I'm hungry and he told me if I came to town he would take me to the bank and give me money. A girl isn't going to turn down free food and cash. :wink:

I'll be back later on, if we don't die in the heat. :lol:
