No more slow songs.
Rock me, dammit.
Yes!!
Give me another 'Gone' for crying out loud..
No more slow songs.

The second quote from Eno in that blurb is that it is a slow song with a great atmosphere. Whatever that means.
I like the title Moment of Surrender.
It's cool.
Arguably the same thing, no?
ehhh U2 already have a "surrender" song. I hope its a working title :/
I wonder if it is about Sadie.
Hmm, "Moment of Surrender"...also known as the point where one gives... "Mercy"?
I don't know if the two songs will be related, or if Mercy is scrapped for the new album, but they do sound (in title) a bit similar.
Maybe that's a stretch.
I'm getting very worried that it's not going to be on the album. If this is supposed to be less a collection of singles than the last two, they just may have felt it didn't feel right to include a 4 year-old outtake. Though it could have been used as a starting-off point, which would be great.
Definitely a stretch, but interesting idea. I see a connection in the content of Mercy. However for it to be the best thing U2's ever done (and I am very pro-Mercy) they'd have had to rework it quite a bit.
