I'm not really going to pursue the website thing very much since, you know, we basically don't do the Shuttlecock thing anymore. I just e-mailed them out of curiosity.

is this really necessary? personal attacks such as this are not allowed. That person is a fucking humourless piece of shit. I hope he or she reads this

What I heard was that the two of them checked into a hotel together on Christmas Eve and then the other day Selena was spotted without her purity ring on
really? it doesn't matter if you know who it is or not, it was obviously directed at this person and there's obviously a possibility they would read the post. and...what? i don't think anyone's suggested that these were the same person. seeing as the webpage is totally separate from interference, it's entirely possible someone who doesn't even know this forum existed stumbled across it and as such had no idea of the backstory and got offended by it. who knows. How can it possibly be a personal attack if I dont even know who the person was? I'm saying the way in which they handled the situation was akin to "teacher, billy said a dirty word". It wasn't necessary to report anything to the mods to begin with, let alone going as far as getting their little webpage shut down
I know that the band Genesis has/had a pretty sizable following in this part of the forum. I don't know shit about them, never have listened to a single album, and I know more about Phil Collins' work on the Tarzan soundtrack than I do about the band Genesis.
Are they good? Who likes them here, again? I forgot.
My curiosity was piqued, because I was listening to the classic rock station the other day and they played this really fucking long Genesis song called Tonight, Tonight, Tonight. It's kind of stuck with me a couple of days later. I can't tell if I loved it, hated it, just found it intriguing, or what. I thought the tone of the instrumentation was pretty interesting, and unique, and Collins repeated the chorus so many damn times that the tune just crawled into my ear and it's still sitting there. TONIGHT TONIGHT TONIGHT! WHOAAAAA OHHHH! I'M GONNA MAKE IT RIGHT! TONIGHT TONIGHT TONIGHT!
as much as i hate to change the subject away fromcocksPhil Collinscocks...

I think the animosity towards post-Gabriel Genesis is due to how different they sounded, but as far as pop music was concerned, a lot of it is pretty great and not nearly as watered-down as some of their contemporaries.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oMiDhmL_zFo
