I don't think he said today. He just gave a nondescript "it's on it's way", then when asked "as a free download", he said "in a matter of speaking".
That's about as vague as you can get.
Guys, I can GUARANTEE you that it's on it's way.
I'd take anything he says with a grain of salt, at this point I really don't think he knows all that much more than anyone else.
