Hmm. If true, this increases the likelihood that U2.com will give us a behind-the-scenes of the new video shoot or a clip of the video itself very, very soon.

I can agree with that--I'm confused as to why eyeliner on a rock star is something to be surprised about. I think you're right--the real talking point is that Bono is jumping on this one a little late; not exactly an original move. I think that it could fit him in the right context--with the hat and umbrella he is getting there.

I wonder if the eyeliner is going to be part of his look now or if it's just for this shoot

I suppose it doesn't matter much either way. If the album delivers Bono can wear whatever makeup he wants

In the video, Adam said that they were playing around with new ideas and that it always takes them/Bono some time to figure out what their/his new image is. At least that's what I remember him talking about. So if you hate the eyeliner (or love it), just relax because it isn't set in stone (or eyelid).
 
Besides the eyeliner (that I like :D), I think they look terrific!
Even my girlfriend (she's not a fan like us) saw the pictures and said that they looked great and that "this guy Larry the drummer doesn't want to get older"....

Bono lost a whole lot of fat !!!:hyper:

hahahha that's awesome...and true. Larry looks good :yes:

I still don't know how I feel about the eyeliner. I guess I feel that it's irrelevant. He could look much worse. And it does really bring out his eyes, which are quite nice.

I'm looking forward to more pics for sure, but mostly looking forward to the album. the descriptions of songs are :drool:
