^That fits with the information I have regarding the Washington DC show. I can't speak to the rest.

And this morning ticketmaster briefly posted the Georgia Dome date on their website and Reliant Park in Houston has had the show posted on their website for several days now.

The announcement must be imminent.

Does that mean they won't be adding shows to cities that have already gone on sale?

No cities have had general sales yet, the general sales are Monday.

No one knows at this moment. More will be known after the first concert.

Wow! My memory sucks.
You're right it was a green marker on your neck in NZ, not a wristband.

Too many Vertigo shows.

Mark---where the hell did I get a wristband?

crys New North American Dates

For the sakes of humanity... When will the U2 camp release the other dates for this fall? When they released these dates before was it a mistake , or are there some changes going on?
When do you guys expect to see these dates? Maybe, hopefully next week?

Humanity? Really?

I mean, I realize our society is fragile, but I did not realize it all could crumble with the lack of announcement from a musical group.

Patience. They wouldn't want to lie to you.

U2 announcing the rest of the tour dates is its own form of economic stimulus. Think of all of the additional airline and hotel reservations that will come out of it.

Personally, I blame gridlock in Congress for the Tour announcement delay.

Mark---and the economic trickle down from Ticketmaster. Those profits make it back into the U.S. economy right? Not just some greedy board members, right?

I blame Madoff for the fuzzy math on the "at least 10,000 seats for $30 at every venue" debacle.

It's a not a seating chart, it's a Ponzi scheme.

I actually find it weak that they showed us dates, and then yanked them away. If they didn't want us to see them, then why were they announced on March 9th?
Me and about 6 other friends are trying to make plans for this tour. Less time of notification gives us less time to plot and plan.
No problem they don't want us to know the "other" shows previous to the four "big" shows being sold this and next week, just why the tease on March 9th?

Yeah I am bummed too because I am waiting for the Vegas date but I guess they had their reasons. Maybe they need to confirm with the venues/dates etc. Hopefully we will get an announcement soon.

No way, it goes straight to Canada and then the Netherlands.

That's fine by me then.

And it'll go to Africa too, in a way, since we pay .8% GDP.

I just got an e-mail from livenation that they're selling the tickets for the Foxboro show in the general sale on Monday. I thought ticketmaster was.

Looks like both livenation *and* ticketmaster will be selling.

U2 Concert Tickets - Soldier Field in Chicago, IL

U2 360º Tour tickets Soldier Field Chicago, IL, Directions, seating chart. Official Ticketmaster site.

That could be a mess!
