I've been the busiest bee today.

Did a bunch of stuff this afternoon, including errands. got finished, then decided I was bored, and it would be a good day to make city chicken. Snow declined mine but I promised my mom I'd make some, anyway. Asked Sarah if she wanted to help, she said sure, so went back to the store and got an 8 lb boneless pork loin. Shortly after we got home and I was cutting it, she got a call from a friend asking her to go out. She asked if I minded, so I said no, go ahead. I did the city chicken myself. Took me over 4 hours, including another 20 minute trip to the store when I realized I needed more carrots and cooking oil. Just got it in the oven a few minutes ago.

Friends don't let friends make insane amounts of city chicken alone.

You cube lean pork (some ppl use veal too, but I don't), dip in flour, egg then breadcrumbs, put on skewers, brown lightly in oil, then bake for a couple of hours.
