pretty red, tooth about half way erupted..yes swelling inside mouth!

Kinda hard to tell without seeing it, but it ID unusual to have a wisdom tooth erupt at your age. Do you have your others, or is this your first? Where is the swelling in your mouth (immediately around the tooth, or spread further)? Can you feel a distinct lump on your gums?

If I were you, I'd probably get it looked at just because you're going to be away...you don't want your trip ruined by a sore mouth!
