My guess is Pride for most played...

Actually, I Will Follow has been played the most but Pride's getting rather close.

And well, there's a good few songs under the 25+ mark too ...

I believe 40 beats Bad. I think the longest Bad is about 16:16, while there's a version of 40 that's 16:45.

EPAA was never played live. Shortest is probably The Ocean or MLK!
