I'm not sure. I found it on an MSN image search. He was apparently on a DVD about the Irish band "Horselips." I didn't check the year, but there was a site advertising it and they had a screen cap .

I don't think it's new. When he was in germany a few days ago he had dark brown hair and more stubble ( ).
