Short day at work Closed the clinic at 2, went for sushi with my Sarah, went for tea, headed home to chill with my babies, went out and did some errands, came home and it was still daylight. Win!

My day yesterday was kind of boring and at the end, painful.

yesterday was not as hideous as I anticipated - still bloody tiring though and can someone please explain why my work gets busiest during the school holidays . . .you watch, the week the kids go back to school there will not be a skerrick of work action at all

Had 2 doctors appointments. One went well, and the other was not so pleasant.
