It says last day but it's dated March 1st, whatever it's still Dave Grohl.

I just watched 40, incredible. I like that they respected Larry and didn't have Bram doing the solo after they all walked off. Of course they wouldn't do that.

Bet many people there didn't even know 40 or the tradition behind it, what a shame. That will be one of my funeral songs.
I was here and loved this so much. I saw Bram give edge the look like I’m not gonna be the last one off this stage. I’m not Larry. Loved it.

Don’t get any big ideas, Sir Paul. I’ve seen and enjoyed many of your live shows, but you have no voice left anymore. It’s finished.

Something I was thinking about last night with these shows - and even a couple of tours prior to an extent - is how cool it has been to see rarely or never played songs from AB become live staples. Go tell someone in 2017 that Acrobat and Wild Horses would have been played at most shows on the next two tours and it would have sounded mad. And yet they’re live monsters, it wasn’t at all that they don’t work, they just weren’t tried enough.

(Less true about So Cruel, which I suspect is being played because they couldn’t think of an excuse not to).

They’re Dumb
(and the E/I US leg barely saw WGRYWH)

I saw Paul McCartney once many years ago, almost the last row of the balcony of a large arena. One of the best concerts I've ever attended. I believe it was at least 2 1/2 hours too.

Yes I've seen random clips of his recent singing and it's not good.

Strange choice of song to dedicate to the First Lady but ok

Chris Martin was there too

Women Of The World would have been a good choice, I know that's not Las Vegas material. But certainly they know the women's rights that are being threatened and taken away in this country. Combined with some new visuals at Sphere.

"This song, when we wrote it, I tried to write the lyrics from the point of view of the woman or the bride, in this case, which is pretty arrogant, I suppose. That was a trick for me to get to the lyric I was playing on myself,” explained Bono. “Tonight, I want to dedicate it to all the great women in our lives — our partners, our mothers, our daughters, all the women on the U2 crew, all the great women in our audience that we feel we know, and all the great women in parts of the world going through very difficult circumstances that we could never know. And one woman in particular who is with us tonight, she’s a teacher. She’s your first lady, so this is for Jill Biden.”

Just got back from Saturdays show. Great show.

I went to 3 shows. Oct, Feb, & March. I sat in the 400s for Oct & March, GA for Feb. Sound was so much better than in Oct. Edge guitar was noticablly louder. The seats shake during some of the songs/effects (this didn't happen in Oct). In the Oct shows though everyone was standing and dancing more. Really only time people sat was acoustic set to Blindness. But people sat until Streets...

And so many people left during the show. This was strange. But they looked like concert/rock casuals. It was very nice to hear 40 to close out the Sphere for U2. A very fitting end to some great shows/expeirences for U2 fans. And to hear AB/ZooTV set one last time was awesome. I loved hearing every song just like I was 14 again at my first U2 show (1992). The bar is set very high for the next acts to follow.

U2 will be back with the goods soon. And hopefully Larry can return.

Did anyone experience the dancing woodstock fans?? Adams side towards the back the back?

They were there at my Feb show & saw them from section 400 on Saturday. Hahah. They were running/dancing all over the place. They danced to every song!! It was awesome. They looked/danced like 'Light My Fire' by the doors was playing

Did the guy have long grey hair and a red and blue tie dye t shirt? If so I saw him posted on a U2 page on Instagram. People were commenting that he was early for the Dead and Company show.

Mostly had good people around me on the floor bar one very tall bloke who spent most of the time filming. I took a few pictures, who wouldn’t, but video of whole songs on the floor is difficult to do without interfering with those around you.

One of my favourite memories is standing next to a young fan who went crazy for Acrobat. So I humbly joined in. We both agreed afterwards it's the best song from the album. And it was spectacularly performed.

I was extremely lucky in general with my surroundings. GA helps. People were mostly respectful around me for Love is Blindness, which was the best song of the evening for me.

Yes, flew over from the UK for shows at the end of October & the last two shows. The mad guy was there at one of the October shows & last Friday !

I could not believe he was there again, I think there was a lady with him as well. He was absolutely mental in a good kind of way !

Yes. He had a woman with him.

It just brought a big smile to my face, seeing fans at the show get that excited!! U2 brings such joy & to see people really take it in is awesome. But also funny too in a good way. This guy & lady were all over the place, like he scored a TD.

That's good to hear on the sound! Don't get me wrong, I thought it was absolutely amazing when I went November 1. However, if I had one thing I'd change, I'd make it a bit louder. The sound was beyond enough to fill the venue, and had more punch than the Bruce show I saw in August. Among other contemporaries. U2 remain one of the louder acts out there, in my experience. In a good way, I've never heard anything approaching bad quality nor have my ears ever hurt after a show. Just some ringing, most notably after Vertigo 2005.

November just lacked some of that U2 chest and seat rattling I was used to! It seemed to get louder from Acrobat through to the end.

Glad to know it got louder and kept the amazing venue quality!

Acrobat and Love is Blindness were two standouts. Obviously we got Acrobat on the last tour, but this version seemed even better - two songs where my wife just stood in absolute slack-jawed wonderment at Edge's playing.
Yep. One of the main reasons why I rank these shows as the best U2 concerts I've seen, as these two - along with The Fly - are my favourite songs of theirs.

I guess my hot take is that this was probably my least favorite U2 concert I've been to, since going to my first in I&E. Like U2387 mentioned, I found the sound to be far too quiet than I was expecting, and I think Bono struggled quite a bit.

This might be due to the fact this was also my first show I wasn't in GA or Red Zone though. Energy felt off.
