Then you tell me what to do with LIB 2006 or Norwegian Wood 2005 or Wake Up Dead Man 2001. That last one is especially glaring, yet nobody questions it.
To an extent problematic, yes, but all examples completely independent of the songs before or after. Unlike this one which clearly segues into Streets. Not to mention that the music is at least as sparse as those three examples - but probably more when comparing it to the respective originals. And I've already mentioned at least three other examples which are as worthy, if not more of an independent spot if you apply to same criteria to them, yet they are labelled as snippets (as they should be, don't get me wrong).
In any case, you're probably disappointing a couple of U2gigs lurkers who go apeshit when seeing Zooropa on the setlist and then experiencing that. I remember being bummed when buying the Elevation Boston DVD, seeing Wake Up Dead Man on the setlist and hearing what is musically closer to the original than this particular excerpt of Zooropa.
My suggestion (or what I'd do) would be to introduce "medley" - like All I Want Is You/Bad in Sydney 1989 and Bad/The First Time in Chicago 2005. It ain't perfect, but I feel it's the closest one can get to describing this arrangement. Or even have "abridged" description alongside Wake Up Dead Man, Love is Blindness, Unchained Melody and so on.
And this is honestly the last time I shall speak of the issue.
