I have never been able to enjoy turkey. I like chopped turkey like to use in tacos and whatever, but a whole turkey, nope. I find it flavorless.

this is entirely possible, especially if you don't like chicken. chicken and turkey are pretty bland on their own, it's all in the way you prepare it.
