b) Buying a house near to Croke Park and being given free tickets to the show

Buy the house, definitely.

My Mum used to live opposite a huge football oval here in Perth and would be given free tickets to all kinds of concerts. The ones that she didn't receive free tickets for you could hear anyway, even with the windows shut.

Only downside was we could hear all the footy chanting, sirens, etc. My Mum didn't mind because she liked the footy but I hated it.
