Still fuming about my eye appointment yesterday. The appointment was for 3:40, and there were six people in the waiting room ahead of me. By 4:45, there were still two people ahead of me. I'd had enough waiting and rescheduled. They said the doctor was on call that day, and that was why they were running so late.

Pooh MsPurrl I hate when that happens in any medical office. If you have an appointment, I look at it as kind of a contract. You show up, on time and the Dr should keep his/her end of the bargain too. They shouldn't have kept you waiting that long but should have explained a delay and given you the chance to re-schedule or to wait.
