Has there been any word on what songs may or may not be played? I know U2 is going to South America and down under, as well as playing Europe a second time... now I was wondering if U2 is going to be playing any new songs, or possibly OLDER songs, because by the time 2006 rolls around, the current setlist will be too predictable... so that made me start to wonder a setlist...

Your hopes may be misplaced. Just go compare the setlists from the 1993 European leg (especially those at the start) of ZooTV to the 1992 European leg.

I hope you're right and they change it up, though.

I am fairly confident that if they play South America, Mothers Of The Disappeared will appear; New Zealand, One Tree Hill; and Australia, Stuck In A Moment and maybe MLK.

Hopefully they get a new album out, then go back to touring those songs a la Lovetown, that would be nice

I think that once OOTS becomes a single, we'll see that more. And I think that once they start playing crumbs (third leg maybe?) then we'll be seeing that regularly.

Other than that, I would be surprised if there is significant change from the outdoor shows on this tour. That said, however, I'm still hopeful that the indoor shows will be shaken up a bit come fall, which could inspire them to do something different next year...

PLAY THINGS TO MAKE AND DO  :rockom:

AND OTHER OBSCURE 80s TRACKS AND B-SIDES!

I wonder if fans might see more ATYCLB in the southern hemisphere.

U2 even filmed a video for Walk On in south america, even though they may never play the song on that continent.

Have they ever added new album setlist standards this late in a tour? The latest I can think of is KITE.
