Russty Feeling better? Other than the heat, of course

So far so good. I've managed to keep a bit of dinner down and lots of water. I think things are going to be fine. It will just take a few days to get back to full strength in this darn heat.

I did read more of a good book today. The male lead character reminds me a ton of Bono, except Toby is British. But in my head he is very much the charming Pop era Bono.
