You really want to know? Might be sorry... I'll be as brief as possible...
Basically, The Role of Northern Ireland in Anglo-American Relations, 1968-1973. Why Nixon didn't do more, if it was solely the constraint of A-A Rel, what the administration/ State Dept actually did do, ...ok, I'll stop. It's all recently declassified documents, so it's a pain.
