Bono is short, a little stocky and has short hair and wears distinctive glasses. Kramer is tall, lanky, has a weird afro thing going on and almost never wears glasses.

Maybe it's just you. Unless I'm missing something here.

Sorry, I gotta pass on this one. I like the spiky Bono hair - it works. In contrast, Kramer's wild hair was never great - but it did fit his character well. As for Mr. Green Christmas, no comment.
