747 - A weird battle, to be sure - but what is the fun in always comparing songs that draw obvious parallels? I think it's more mentally taxing to have to choose between 2 songs that are rather opposite of each other. Gets the mind working a bit more, I'd say.

You're quite right Miggy....sadly my mind is all taxed out!

I do love North&South tho...I havent given it a listen in ages. One of the few of the great B-sides that made it on the 1990-2000.

Both are great songs, and, when put head to head, IWF tears a large hole straight through the middle of NASOTR and continues on in gloruious youthful glee to advance on its next victim.
