Hows your U2 top 25 changed post HTDAAB

Its been nearly 7 days since the album first leaked and now things have settled a bit how do these songs rank in U2s history. I began doing my U@ top 25 songs list last night and nearly had a nervous breakdown trying to list the songs in any type of order. All i came up with was my top 3 UTEOTW, Lemon and WOWY. I'm not in a position to start this thread but...

Have any songs crept in from the new album? Is it too early for them to compete with your all time favourites? Vertigo is definately in my top 10-15 and Mercy is a contender for a top 5 spot and probably will eventually break into the top 3. Several songs we've heard this week are future classics but i think they need a bit more time before they creep into my top 25, which is why i'm so suprised that after only a day Mercy has had such an impact on me, i can't describe how i feel when i hear it, it's just amazing and has good as Yahweh is this would have made a better album closer.

Anyhow, I have yet to consider the new songs just yet, except Vertigo is #18.

New tracks that could break in my top 25 positions are Mercy, City of Blinding Lights, Original of the Species, and Yahweh. Most of the album WILL break thru in my top 50. That much I can guarantee. It is that good.

I do a U2 Top 100 every few months (have been for 6 years now).

Me = Pure U2 Geek!

Don't feel bad.
I re-do my list about once a year, I find it comes in handy.
And yes, I am a big fat U2 nerd, big deal. I've been ranking teh songs for longer than 6 years.

I rank all album tracks, one of these days I'm going to add the B-sides. Right now I have 1-122 ranked (this includes Passengers) and not HTDAAB and ironically I just re-did it yesterday trying to see where I think HTDAAB songs fall.

So I don't know yet, I don't like to make such quick determinations. I am not sure if I can accurately place them, the highest ATYCLB song on my list is Walk On at #29, and at one time or another I probably had Walk On, BD, Kite and WILATW in my top 30. I was clearly just exicted about new U2.

Right now I would say that I like about 5 or 6 tracks equally, it's hard to differentiate right now.
Crumbs From Your Table, Love and Peace, Miracle Drug, ABOY and Sometimes are my early favorites.
