Like everyone else, I experienced the same problems with Ticketmaster - the Chicago date, in particular, made me angry because I thought I had GA tickets, but then they were taken away from me by EVIL Ticketmaster!! Calling Ticketmaster was no help either, as they had 1,000 excuses as to why it was either my fault or the band's fault.
Incidentally, this is the page that came up when I tried processing my ticket order? Does it look familiar to anyone else?
I just really hope that something can be done because I'm truly disappointed, sad, and disgusted right now. Here's hoping that Saturday brings us all luck!
