Band is pushing the new material hard. I have a love/hate relationship with that notion. It's mostly a good thing, but some of it I'm not loving-- I can't believe Song For Someone made the cut, and I can't believe the band hasn't cut it yet. Also I'd love to see the first half of the show get a little more fluid and interesting-- it's feeling so rehearsed at this point, like the band's essentially going through the motions now-- but I get that with the screen now they have to stick with it. It feels to me that Bono's attempts at reinventing the Iris speech each night is an attempt at making the first half fresh.

Also, @y2sconsulting has the best sound of any Periscope tonight, by far.

Surprised no one talked much about the screen effects on this song. Loved how glitchy it was!
