Greet! I'm not Granny, but I just read your question (and I just watched the Rio performance ). If you mean the stills of the Elevation era, yes they are from the same Rio broadcast.

Recorded at Globo TV Studios with 300 invited fans.
Commentaries in Brazilian Portuguese.

They are not from the Rio thing. It's an interview with Bono in Brussels + a very small clip of Another time Another place. The show was called Rock Follies and it's from February 10th 1981.
I'll try to put it on youtube tomorrow.

Oh, the Rio thing is available on U2torrents. It's 800 mb, don't know if i could upload a file this size somewhere?
