Do not get me started on Yeats. The high school i went to separated honors and regular versions of all the classes except for English. They put you in the normal English class, and if you wanted an honors designation after it, you had an extra 20 page paper to write. Mine was on Yeats, although I tried to make it more about Irish history than poetry, because I hated everything about it.
