I think you're correct. Part of the pain of being a huge fan. Normal everyday folks will buy their tickets and get the album and go on their way. But we, who pre-order instantly, get different versions, etc... don't really get a benefit.

Actually, since I renewed my subscription to the site yesterday, apparently I don't need to pre-order the album to get in the early pre-sale. I'm "verified". At least that's how it appears to work in the U.S. But there's still no discount or whatever for the deluxe version. Basically I'll have to buy it on my own and then have an extra copy if I want from my ticket purchase.

Also, has anyone confirmed the 2-ticket limit? Is that per show or total, because if it's the latter and they've cut subscribers' total in half, that's fucked up.

Presale tickets have been two total for arena shows, four total for stadium shows

Lyrics are horrible, full of every Bono cliche from the talk show circuit.

By far the worst song of the three new ones. Volcano craps all over it too.
