Maybe because its a totally different city?, people bitch when a show doesnt flow well, but yet want songs changing all the time

I wasn't complaining I was just stating that it looks like it will be the same.

I actually like the set lists so far how can you go wrong w/ TUF, UltraViolet and throw in ES

But why would they need a different setlist all the time? its a totally different country from the last one they played?

Why would they object to a different setlist, when they don't care about other ones?

well, i guess i need you to clarify what your point really is then.

i'm talking about the casual fan that does not follow setlists, so is going into the show completely blind, and then you responded to my post saying that this individual would want variation.

No, I said he wouldn't care about variation either way. Everybody wins, remember?

but would that person really need variation if they don't know what was played 2 nights ago?

Yes, I'll tell you why:

Some other consequences of the lack of variation will be experienced by those attending their concert... U2's complacency, boredom, and annoyance are all experience-able

Like the time I heard the crowd singing their hearts out to WOWY (moreso than normal), and U2, instead of going with it, just "rapped 'er up"...

you know it's a lot of work playing songs and putting together a setlist.

it is not as easy as a lot of people probably think. I mean just be grateful they are playing songs for us,

I mean seriously...if you were at the concert you are there to enjoy yourself not to have statistics as to "rare" or surprising songs.

How would they even know if its a different setlist?

Exactly, KU. Now you're getting it.

Anyway, nice to see Party Girl in there. Electrical Storm should permanently replace In a Little While though.

Crazy remix in Milan, Crazy regular currently playing here at work - and I didn't even time it

(Dear Larry - If you decide at the end of the tour you want to get rid of the djembe, I will gladly take it off your hands  I am having major djembe lust here because that one's GORGEOUS. Love, Drea)

most people are not like us and analyze the setlist to death. so everything live sounds really really cool to them. hence the tremendous applause.

imagine a stadium full of interferencers travelling with the band at every single event.....yikes
