So Rosie Colvin and Junior Seau are both back with the Patriots. How long until Roman Phifer and Ted Johnson re-sign?

I think Adrian Peterson has money on the Lions this week.

EDIT: Gus Frerotte too.

That Vikings/Lions game is far more entertaining than it has any right to be.

Eli is a BEAST today. :fuckyeah:

I just got back from work, and apparently the Eagles have had two field goals blocked already. Fannnnnnnntastic.

Just saving Headache some time, posting his usual post-game pic for him. Because that's just the kind of guy I am.

Yep, even the best have a shit game now and then.

And some teams start off amazing and have shit games for the rest of the year.

Has anybody been playing this Streak For The Cash thing on ESPN.com? You get to predict the winner on a bunch of different matchups everyday and the first person to pick 25 consecutive correct matchups wins $1,000,000. It's pretty fun. The longest streak I've put together was 6 correct but I'm still goin for it.

Anyway, some guy has a streak of 24 and he picked the Steelers to win tonight. This poor bastard has a million clams riding on Pittsburgh right now.

Go Cowboys!

If Ben Roethlisberger has to play behind this offensive line for the rest of his career, he's going to be dead before he's 30.

Anybody here happen to not call Romo throwing a pick-six to lose the game? Just curious.

I gotta say I do like Mike Tomlin. There's just somethin about him. He's got that youthful confidence and exuberance. He's not your typical NFL head coach, that's for sure.

The Eagles' recent success points the finger more and more at Andy Reid. Westbrook has actually been getting the ball the past two games, that's made a huge difference for the Eagles.

Typically, Reid hands off a few times early, and, if they don't go well, gives up on the run for the rest of the game.

lolcowboys

Come on, Skins! This is your chance to save some face and at least appear somewhat competitive down the stretch.

Well, if I were him I'd have hedged out on Cowboys +140, and as a result I'd only have $583,333.33. Lucky bastard.

To be fair, I think Andy Reid and his staff evaluate and develop players well. He just needs somebody else to handle the actual game.

I think he has had mixed success doing that, and I respect that. I think he's a horrible game manager, as most do, and I think the whole situation with his family amplified all of his problems. That amplification has continued this year. I think he's a wreck: he's lost control of his team, he not only stopped losing weight but gained it all back within a year, etc. I just think that took everything he was, good and bad, and made it all worse.

Some aspects of his being GM were good, but other parts of it were not. I honestly think the Eagles of the early 2000s took advantage of a weak NFC.
