I thought Mia Michels was harsh as a judge this week...."Will, you need a new partner" she was saying other mean comments too...I mean, just say "I did not think it was that good" or something to that affect without all the snarkiness.

Loved the Alvin Ailey number, and the opening group number was pretty good too.

The song that was performed by the chick (don't remember her name) was really catchy. I think I've heard it once before, but I'm not too sure.

The opening was very cool, with them glowing in the dark!

So next week... are the contestants supposed to be changing partners?

That was pretty sweet! :D

I think that's what will happen. At least, that was the format last year, but they could be changing things up this time around...

So now Comfort may feel what it's like to be cut twice :hmm: :shifty:

Sorry that's not too nice, but it's the truth compared to the other female competitors.

I totally agree, Lila. She's nowhere near as good as the other girls.

Presuming they go to the format they had last summer, where you vote for the person, and not the couple, it will be interesting to see who's kicked off next.

What I'm wondering is, will Comfort now be a part of the tour after the show's over, since she's replaced Jessica?

I wish Comfort would pull her hair back out of her face when she dances..it is totally distracting (to me at least)...I do not think her dancing is all that great...she needs to step it up a notch...and her partner is now Will? He will get that same comment again from Mia Michaels "Will, you need a new partner":|

Her partner would not necessarily be Will. I think we heard last week that this week's performances might be with new partners, so don't know where Comfort will fit it

Nigel announced after last weeks show (off the air) that Comfort and Thayne would be two of four alternates for the tour, so she would have gotten to go anyway. Hopefully Jessica will be able to join the cast for the tour. I think she's gotten a bum rap, especially from Mia.

There were a few really good routines last night (Katee & Will, Gev & Chelsie), but mostly everything else was meh.

I really loved the pas de deux. Wow! I wish they had used the original John Lennon version of the song, though. Whoever did that cover totally butchered it. I'm a huge fan of Imagine, so there aren't many covers of it that I like.

My top 4 favourites right now are Katee, Will, Twitch and Chelsie.

Ugh, it was that horrid cover from American Idol that wee little David Archuleta robot boy sang. Everyone pissed themselves over it, saying it was so amazing, and I was on my couch going, ".... really?"

I cant believe they used his song :crack:

And how weird was it for Comfort to come back :der:

Oh. Never heard of the dude, since I don't watch American Idol. But still, ouch! I tried to ignore the music and just watch the dancing, as it was a phenomenal routine. I have been known to press mute at times, if I hate the song they're using.

I am NOT happy about the male who went home. And the other bottom female could have gone, but I'm not as bummed about the girl as the guy

I missed the first half hour, but I'm sure I'll be able to find it online this weekend.

Wow - I'm surprised Comfort didn't get the boot. It's too bad that Kherrington had one lousy week, and she's out. Oh well.

Definitely sad to see Gev go.

I'm not a big fan of Comfort, but I was actually happy to see Kherington leave. She was wearing on my nerves. Seems to me that she got a little too full of herself during her partnership with Twitch...never being critiqued, never being in the bottom 3. You could see her visibly angry and upset with the judges the other night and it just came off as...meh. Childish? Anyways, Katee and Courtney can do anything she does and do it better, so whatever.

I wish none of the top five guys had to leave. I love them all. :( DBF and I have our money on Joshua or Katee to win the whole thing. I'd like to see Joshua pull it off. He's come up to the challenge of almost each and every style they've thrown at him.

^I agree with you on the whole Kherington deal

On the other hand, I don't think Joshua will win...he just doesn't seem like the best guy on the show. I'd like to see Will win, and I did want to see Gev get pretty far  For girls, I agree with you on Katee, or maybe Chelsea

I have not been watching every episode

but I will add

I still like Katee

and I have seen enough from Will

to say, yes he is good

I just did not like
all the fawning from the judges early on.

Last night was fantastic! I think that's the first time this season that I've loved almost every routine.

My favourite was definitely the contemporary one by Katee and Will.

The guest judge seemed to like talking about "street" a lot.

i also thought last night was great....i missed some of it because i dozed off but i definitely enjoy it!!!

Toni (Oh Micky! You're so Fine!) Basil did talk about "street" and feeling the music quite a bit. I had no idea she liked street music so much.

Hip Hop has definitely evolved and taken on new forms through the years.
