Is the Smilie Generator site officially down?

I can't make the smilie generator work...what happened?? Is it just me that's having trouble with it?

I wanted to make a smilie tonite, went to the website, but it couldn't display the page...thinking it was just my sucky computer, I went to the "I will never be bored again" thread that Sicy posted earlier this week, and all the smilies that we created show up as red X's


did we break it?
