if you don't get them 1 week prior to concert date or you have other problems, you can email u2fantix@aol.com or call (610)-664-8135 and they will help you out by having tix for you at Will Call or express,fedex u em, etc.

If they are unable to fill any of your requests, they will actually call you. So, unless you hear from them, don't sweat it.
