A story for Arun:

A while ago, we lost some people we loved. When we got home one evening, soon after the events, there was a message on our machine. It was James MacArthur (Danno from Hawaii Five-O) offering his sympathy in a wonderfully kind way. We smiled.

Look for small things to make you smile. They're around; take them as they come. Time will work for you. Let it.

I'm sorry you lost your friend. I really am.

thanks guys...I feel a little better today but it still gets me a bit.

I just can't believe that ppl waste their time with hatred, violence and selfishness..when our lives are so short and fragile

something like this really puts it all back in perspective.

I've been reading this book called "path to love" by deepak chopra...it's wonderful I think that anyone really struggling with any emotional strain shoudl read it.

I love U 2 @------>--- ....and crisp apples

I'm sorry you have lost someone, may they rest in peace.
I'm glad you are feeling better each day. Yes, there is a lot to be gained from reading the wise and comforting words of others. I have a Deepak Chopra book in my collection I am yet to read.

Each day is precious and so is every friend. Head up lad, walk on.
Go for a walk, play your guitar, be well.
I went to an open mic night last Christmas , there were some talented singer/guitarists. The first person to perform did a very very beautiful slowed down version of People Get Ready...it reminded me of you instantly. A small tear , a small smile, life brings us both. Good luck.
Maybe this memory will make you smile. I hope so.

KITE:

Something is about to give
I can feel it coming
I think I know what it is
I'm not afraid to die
I'm not afraid to live
And when I'm flat on my back
I hope to feel like I did
And hardness, it sets in
You need some protection
The thinner the skin

I want you to know
That you don't need me anymore
I want you to know
You don't need anyone
(Or) anything at all

Who's to say where the wind will take you?
Who's to say what it is will break you?
I don't know, which way the wind will blow

Who's to know when the time has come around?
Don't want to see you cry
I know that this is not goodbye

It's summer, I can taste the salt of the sea
There's a kite blowing out of control on the breeze
I wonder what's gonna happen to you
You wonder what has happened to me...

I'm a man!
I'm not a child...
A man who sees
The shadow behind your eyes

Who's to say where the wind will take you?
Who's to say what it is will break you?
I don't know, where the wind will blow

Who's to know when the time has come around?
I don't want to see you cry
I know that this is not goodbye

Did I waste it?
Not so much I couldn't taste it
Life should be fragrant
Rooftop to the basement....

MLK:
Sleep
Sleep tonight
And may your dreams
Be realized
If the thunder cloud
Passes rain
So let it rain
Rain down on him
So let it be
So let it be

Sleep
Sleep tonight
And may your dreams
Be realized
If the thundercloud
Passes rain
So let it rain
Let it rain
Rain on him

Sort Of Homecoming
...And your heart beats so slow
Through the rain and fallen snow
Across the fields of mourning
Lights in the distance

Oh don't sorrow, no don't weep
For tonight, at last
I am coming home
I am coming home

May God be with you right now Arun.
