Sept 20 will be show number 9 for me and after 2 Foxboro shows and Giants Stadium on Friday I'll be up to 11. That's it for me this year as I've got about 10 Springsteen shows from 8/19 - 11/22.

Yes, you will have to pay for parking for U2. I would estimate there will be a range depending on how close you are and I'd say it will be generally $30-$40 based on Springsteen prices of years past.

I just found about rockbus.net -- it is a ride service to concerts just started in Mass. As of now it only does Comcast concerts but there is a " contact us" link where you can request shows. I requested U2 at Gillette. Maybe if enough of us do we can get them to run a bus or van down.

I wonder if the parking refers to the official lots that directly surround Gillette Stadium or the private lots that are beyond the official Gillette lots. Word to the wise, it is usually better for getting out and cheaper to park a little ways away particularly when you go and make a U Turn...

There is a Papa Gino's pizza shop not too far from Gillette. They also just added a bunch of restaurants/shops with Patriots Place's opening last year. I am really hoping they somehow run a commuter rail down!

I am very interested to see how much of Gillette sold for night two. For Bruce last summer there was a large number of tickets unsold, some estimate 10,000 or slightly more, and the Krafts gave out thousands of tickets to local schools, hospitals, and non profits. Obviously such a move is good...

I just grabbed 2 GAs for night 2 Gillette around 3:50 PM. It is amazing they are still left. I have 2 extras in Section 309 row 10 that I would be willing to wave the TM fees for if there is a poor college student or someone hurting financially who wants to go to 9/21. PM me.

Congratulations to everyone who got tickets! There is time for those who don't yet but just remember that if you aren't happy with your tickets that when you are in your seats listening to the boys it won't matter where you are sitting you will be having a great time!

I think for Foxboro two things are working against a second sell out (1) the obvious reason that it is a second show and that they have sold 50,000 plus tickets last week but (2) also it is a Monday and that is probably less appealing to the casual fan because they would have to leave work...
