It was horrid!!!!

I hated that thing......I was so happy to see the long sleeved glittery silver thingie.

I was lucky enough to see it during the Vertigo tour . . . had goosebumps on goosebumps and tears in my eyes . . .and the man sitting in front of me (who was dragged along by his wife) turned around and gave me a hug . . . he'd been relatively non plussed up till that point (and a tiny bit annoyed with my OMGodding at high volume all the way through the show ) but he was genuinely moved as well . . . it was a great moment

the Vertigo tour was my first time seeing U2 live and when i heard Miss Sarajevo i was crying too, and at the end of the night we also got to hear Bad so i had a fantastic night all around, dont worry you are not the only one doing the OMG thing i was too, what time i wasnt about to fall in the stands from my knees knocking,lololol

Hmm, that's an interesting point! I'm usually with you, wanting a rocker to close, but I have to admit, I've come around to liking MOS as the closer.

I would have thought that Willie Williams would've had more input in the setlist selection..or a bigger weight with his opinion.Or maybe he agrees with the band that ,even with that stage,the show must end with a slow tempo tune.
