Thank you to shamrockcafe for making it all the way through the show for us!!!!!!!!!

Good Night everyone.

I'll be here for a short time on Friday unless we have really good audio, then I will have to stay up and listen to the whole show.

Hope she gets a good night's sleep . I still have to take a shower too :crack:. This week just really needs to end. I had to go home(~90 minutes away) yesterday after my last class for a wake. Then I had to get up at 7 this morning to get back down to school by 9:30 for my classes. I have three things of homework due tomorrow, one on Thursday, one on Friday, and a final exam that I have no idea what I'm doing for on Thursday as well. :sigh: /rant

Yeah, her schedule is jam packed too. Hope you make it through

Thanks for posting the setlist Laura.

This has to be the shortest setlist party thread ever! LOL

Fun to share it with you guys :hi5:

:Gonna wind down here & get ready for bed shortly. Goodnight!

Hooray. I'm not sure if the feed got better or I just got used to the crap quality but I didnt even struggle with the audio towards the end.

These feeds usually sound better during quieter songs.

Good night everyone!

Hope everyone who is going to Vegas has a great time!

My sister was at the show and said it was amazing! Sure wish I hadn't moved away and could've been there!

Hope everyone else had a great time! :D

I am pretty sure the setlist will stay the same now for the rest of the shows because it's fixed now for the DVD. Good to have a 24 song set including Little While and Unknown Caller. It's a good set after all and very representative for the tour, it still includes all the origial 7 NLOTH songs. My only fear is that Bono's voice may suffer when they're playing so many concerts this week. I hope he can recover and shape up for the last show this weekend.

Noooo, In A Little While is better than Your Blue Room. I don't think they'd play YBR for the DVD shoot, it just takes the air out of the show. It's a beautiful song but the audience will wander off, and I don't think they want that on a DVD.

But I kind of agree about Stay. I think they should play both. The accoustic set should at least have 2 songs. Interestingly enough, most concert reviews I've seen seemed to love the accoustic Stuck version because it brought such an unlikely intimacy into the show and was a good example of U2's "souldfulness".

who's going to notice on a dvd? besides, if you want a song that totally sucks the air out of a show, you can't go past stuck in a moment.

sadly though it's probably a given one of the most important songs to the space theme of the show won't make it, and that's a crying shame in my books.

Maybe they'll link Unknown Caller and Little While to the space theme again for the Rose Bowl show? Other than these two and YBL I don't see any songs that are part of the "space theme". I'd say the whole show and stage are a space theme in themselves.

And yes, I'm sure you'd notice the audience's desinterest when Your Blue Room is performed. I don't think the band or anyone involved in the filming of the DVD would be too happy about it.

How's that? They could just focus on Bono and the screen for the astronaut part, you could potentially never see the audience.

Five songs from ATYCLB. The mind boggles.

putrid.

i felt hard done by when i got 4.

elevation, stuck in a moment and walk on for every show. what a tremendous waste of an opportunity...

they finally get something right by playing your blue room, then pretty much ditch it. if they're worried about the crowd, then they should be looking at stuck and walk on. completely abysmal.

this will be the one thing that stands out in my mnid when i think about this tour... the elevation 360 tour.

oh and i've been meaning to ask, did bono praise any other war criminals today? did he thank mussolini for his positive work in ethiopia, or anything else of the sort?

And In a Little While makes the crowd go bonkers? Nah, I'd rather have a pro-shot classic like YBR than a weak track from a mediocre album.
