For some reason, the secondary characters are often the ones who make me laugh the hardest. I think my three favorites among them are Tweek, Mr. Hankey, and Towelie.

My dad doesn't really watch South Park, but he loves the first Mr. Hankey episode. I don't think a holiday season has passed since it aired that my dad or I hasn't at one point sang the Mr. Hankey song.

Season 8 is the absolute pinnacle for the series. Almost every episode that season was a masterpiece.

Most of season 9 was just as amazing with a few exceptions. But 9 has Trapped In The Closet, which is what I consider the quintessential SP episode.

Season 10 wasn't too hot, but season 11 is shaping up to be possibly their strongest season ever.

Anything before season 8 is a mixed bag, but the first season is pretty priceless.

But yeah, I'd suggest checking out 8 and 9 for the best bang for the buck.
