Breakfast was 2 scrambled eggs with hot all-natural salsa, a piece of whole wheat toast, pomegranate juice, and coffee.
Lunch was organic plain yogurt with strawberries
Snack was a kiwi
Dinner will be grilled salmon, a sweet potato and brussel sprouts
Night snack will be raw red peppers.
You should. I'm most excited about the sweet potato. I just like it baked in the oven with a little pepper on it. I don't dig the whole smothered in sugar and marshmallows thing.. Plus, it's really healthy the other way.
