What's Bono saying in 'Elevation'?

after the first chorus of 'elevation', what is bono saying? sounds like: "shake it off, you know it won't stop" or something to that effect. does anyone know what he's actually saying?

I've been wondering the same thing since I first heard it, but nobody seems to know. I thought the first thing sounded like "Check it out, I'm spinning it hot", which makes even less sense.

LOL, I just saw that in the Favorite line in ATYCLB thread someone suggested "Spit it out and stick it in a pot"

I always thought it was "shake it up and swing your partner". But that just sounds like a square dance! lol
