Haven't you heard, South Park is bigoted (against Scientologists, Muslims, Catholics etc).
In a landmark event that showcased just how relevant a TV program can be, Battlestar Galactica was the prime topic of discussion at the United Nations Tuesday night in New York.
Moderator Whoopi Goldberg led the panel through two hours of discussion that touched on race relations, terrorism, gender equality and a host of other issues
In the most provocative moment of the evening, Olmos angrily declared to the audience that race and racism are illusory concepts, created by oppressors to encourage hostility toward other cultures.
Would some fuckin' body please tell Olmos and these jerks, it is just a T V show like Mork and Mindy, or something.
What is all the 'crap' talk about politics and relevance. :shakesfist:
Yes, the West Wing was politically relevant, Heroes may have stepped up its game, but I quit that show quite awhile back. I felt it got too silly, with every kind of super power being trotted out.
This new "Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles" is pretty solid, they have "skin jobs" and metal verses humans, plot points too.
