For a Muse song I'd say Plug in Baby is the best chance. It's rockin', could work with two guitars. Otherwise Knights of Cydonia perhaps. But I know Edge can play PIB(he did the riff while playing around at one of the shows Muse were opening, don't remember which one).

That was Nishe. Damn, Muse have been tearing it up thus far. This has been great, especially Newborn and Citizen Erased. Thank god it looks like Neutron Star Collision won't be played (they usually do it in the first five or six songs).

I think they'll do two songs with the Edge in the encore. The Edge's kit isn't on stage yet, which doesn't mean much, Dallas could handle the footwork, but no second set of amps.

One seems awfully short, it's normally a 3 or 4 song encore at Glastonbury, and you'd want Muse to have their moment alone for the final song so 2 songs seem about right.
