but I'm to chicken . :scream:

Here are my pride and joys.

The first is on my right forearm, i got it in January.
The second i got on my 40th birthday (Dec 22) and the star was a 40th b-day gift from my daughter.

is your daughter also a fan of U2 ?

Interesting seeing a Night and Day tattoo seemingly dedicated to U2 rather than Cole Porter.:eyebrow:

Very nice, nonetheless.

Thank you, but actually it IS dedicated to the song, and in turn Cole Porter.
U2 just happen to sing/play it (might i mention quite beautifully)
Anytime i am inquired about it i explain it is just that...
a dedication to what i feel is the most beautiful song written about heartbreak, obsession and a love you can never have.
Among other things too...
Opinion of course.

Thank you.
My daughter is a fan by force, not choice...:giggle:.
She is 23 and has had U2 around her since she was in ma belly.
She wont admit it, but she secretly loves U2 (I've caught her listening)...she told me she was just burnt out on it..
I told her then my job with her was done.

My two daughter's are 19 and 22 not fan's , but I have caught oldest singing along to U2 from time to time .

Oh, good... it's a very good choice, in that case. :D It's a very good song, I haven't heard a bad version of it myself, and I'm sure you'll agree.

I agree, other than the Michael Bolton & Nicolette Sheridan duet.
I literally got nauseated when i heard it.
I own the Frank Sinatra version, which i enjoy.

My favorite is the Music Cares version, then the Steel String Mix.

I like the steel string mix too but still U2's original version is my fave. And agreed, it is a most amazing song. Cole Porter
