IO: First day...

Well it's my first day of classes as a college student. Only had one class, Intro to college writing, and I already have a paper due for Monday. It's only one page, but I don't really know how to start it. I have to "describe the most formative experience in your life." Any suggestions?

Just start writing! I won't worry too much about structure until you have all your ideas out. Do you know what you want to write about yet?

Also, keep in mind, your professor will assist you with the proper format, grammar, etc. For now just do your best to formulate your thoughts.
