Penn St still plays Ohio St, in Columbus......I don't think it's safe to assume they will crush them.

I'm A BYU Fan.

That makes two of us, they're actually my alma mater. Unfortunately, this last week they only helped prove relative lameness of the Mountain West conference.
Now I can only hope that Utah also loses to TCU, to at least make BYU look a little better. Oh wellz.
Mountain West does have some pretty good teams. The college scene is starting to turn into the NFL in terms of Parity.
It really seems like any team can win these days. USC gets beat, and beat badly, by an average Oregon St team.
What's upset me about this year are my Hawkeyes!! They should be 8-0 right now. Threw away a game against Pittsburg because coaches decided to give last years starting QB a chance to earn the job for this year, despite the fact that backup (and now starter) was responsible for all the points they scored. Blown 17-3 lead going into half against Northwestern, and sloppy play against MSU and a blown blocking assignment kept us from winning....heehee, don't all fans think that though?
Beginning of year I was real skeptical of this Ferentz and his staff, but they seem to be getting things turned around. Big game in two weeks against Zooker, and then hosting Penn State at home will be even bigger if Iowa beats IL.
I'm just so glad it's football season....

Really? I thought their loss showed the strength of the conference. TCU has been on the scene before and Utah won a BCS bowl a few years ago. So it seemed to show real strength at the top not a single dominate team.
