The one you put is great... although I'd greatly prefer the full Temple Bar Mix to the edit.

short macphisto speech snippet
the fly (live from sydney)
the fly temple bar mix

ultraviolet light (stockholm)
mysterious ways (stockholm)
love is blindness (sydney)

can't help falling in love (sydney)

I'd prefer to hear a few things we haven't heard before or maybe a well-mixed She's Gonna Blow Your House Down. I'd also like to not hear any remixes or live material.

Or a disc of b-sides/AchtungBabyVersionOfWave Of Sorrows and then a disc of (mixed) demos, remixes, and live material.

If it has some unreleased material plus Lady With The Spinning Head (Extended Dance Mix) and Salome (Zooromancer Mix), I'll be more than happy. :D

Unreleased material that could be interesting:

Some version of She's Gonna Blow Your House Down.
A remastered Take You Down.
Some version of Heaven & Hell or Doctor, Doctor.
Maybe some version of Someone.
Some material post Berlin.

She's Gonna Blow Your House Down or Take Today (which is superior than NOSOTR), as a single to promote the release...

The Achtung Baby remaster will probably be available in the Super Deluxe like The Joshua Tree. I'm hoping for some great stuff from the vault that we've never seen or heard before.

1) A Clockwork Orange soundtrack as a bonus CD. Yeah, I should continue to dream on.
2) A couple of the outtakes from the Salome tapes in finished form or even a reworked version of one.
3) Other demos we've never heard
4) Preferably no live songs.

12. She's Gonna Blow Your House Down - 2009 rerecorded version
13. Zoo Station (Live In Syndey)
14. The Fly (Live In Syndey)
15. Desire (Live From Yankee Stadium)
16. Ultra Violet (Light My Way) (Live From Yankee Stadium)

Even Better than the Real Thing (remastered demo version) - I absolutely adore this instrumental jam version

I'm more interested in the DVD. I'd love to see one of the early American or European indoor ZOO TV shows. The outside broadcast from Sydney just doesn't do Zoo Tv justice.

Actually, I'd buy the whole thing if there was a version of She's Gonna Blow Your House Down that's edited down, and mixed well. If it's just a rehash of remixes, it's kind of a waste of money for me since I never listen to U2 remixes apart from LWTSH, Electrical Storm, and Fast Cars.

Id like to think that Achtung Baby will get a 3 disk boxset like the Joshua Tree did.

Disk 1 :- Achtung Baby - Remastered

Disk 2:- Demos/B-sides

Where Did It All Go Wrong
She's gonna Blow your House Down
Heaven and Hell
Laughing In The Face Of Love
Chances Away
Sweet Baby Jane
Salome
Even Better Than The Real Thing (Instrumental Demo)
Night And Day
Lady With The Spinning Head
Can't Help Falling In Love

Disk 3 :- ZOO TV DVD

Stockholm or Rotterdam from June 1992

probably about right. i won't be wasting money on it though, since i own all this already.

i seriously doubt there is any way they will release any of the AB demos. They are way too rough, and I don't see them reworking any of them. Maybe we will get lucky and they have a finished mix of a b-side or two that we haven't heard that they will release.

Some of the JT ones they released were rougher than the AB ones.....

Which JT ones, had no lyrics and bono just rambling over the top of them? There are some pretty rough ones with the JT, but nothing like the sketches that make up the stolen tapes from AB.

Unfortunately, it's a mortal lock to be just B-sides and remixes since they have an abundance of them.

the STOCKHOLM DVD would be the sweetest thing they can give us!
the night is pure magic!

the Outside Broadcast DOCU would be good too, but nowhere near the STOCKHOLM,
I always said that Zoomerang was the worst leg of Zoo and doesn't do any justice to
Zoo era!

In total dreams... Yankee Stadium unedited full show from Outside! (I believe this leg was best!)

How about the first 12 tracks being the salome outtakes versions. ie track 5 would be Don't Say Goodbye, track 6, Back mask U2. Then some bsides etc
